After the SOC Onboarding is complete you will receive an email to schedule the 21-Day Alert Review with a link for scheduling. If you do not see an appointment that works for your schedule, please reach out to help@perchsecurity.com.

Q: What can we use to provide value to our clients?
A: We have reports and visualizations built into the App. We’ll show you around on the call so you can replicate those on an as needed basis.

Q: If there is a security emergency, what can we expect?
A:
In a state of an emergency, our SOC will reach out via email to the Primary and Secondary contacts listed in the App. If we need immediate assistance, the numbers provided will be utilized.

Q: How do I update who receives sensor down notifications?
A:
Sensor Down Notifications can be set by going to Settings > Integrations > Email.

Q: How can I find out about upcoming features or Perch roadmaps?
A:
Attending our Monthly Users and MSP meeting is the best way to stay ahead of the curve. If you have not received an invite, please notify your CSM.

Q: I am interested in upgrading our service to Include SIEM, what’s next?
A:
We will contact your Sales Manager to initiate the process – it’s a piece of cake!
