The Slack integration allows your organization to send notifications to customized Slack channels via our Perch Slack App when key events happen. To get started, simply authorize the Perch App to access your Slack workspace and then configure which events are sent to which channel.
Authorize Perch Slack App
From the Integration Settings page for your Organization in Perch,
Install the Slack Integration. Then you will be taken to the Slack Integration Settings page.
Click “Authorize” in the Authentication Panel.
You will be taken to an Authorization page on Slack.com. If you aren’t already logged in, enter your credentials to login to your Slack workspace.
Click “Allow” to authorize Perch to talk to your Slack workspace.

Configure Events and Channels
After Perch has been successfully authorized to access your Slack workspace you will begin to see notifications for previously enabled events.
Toggle the switch next to each event to enable (purple) or disable (gray) notifications to your Slack workspace for those events.
Choose a destination channel for each enabled notification.
Click “Save” at the bottom of the panel.
Perch automatically populates the menus for each notification with the list of channels it can see. If you don’t see your desired channel on that list, check the channel settings on your workspace before refreshing the page.
